- Carefully heat the wax directly in the enclosed container in a water bath (melting point between 75 degrees C and 95 degrees C)
- When the wax is completely liquid, hang the chain on the chain holder provided and immerse it in the liquid wax bath
- Move the chain in the bath (air bubbles may rise)
- After approx. 5 minutes, remove the chain and leave to drip dry over the bath
- Hang up to dry
- Do the same with the chain lock
- After it has dried thoroughly, reassemble the chain
