The 50 mm diameter weight plates comply with the Olympic standard and are compatible with all 50 mm weight plates. If you already own an Olympic bar, you can use the same weight plates with the SZ bar as well. The high-quality ball bearings in the weight plates ensure smooth rotation, reduce the rotational force acting on the bar and your joints, and make your movements more controlled. Depending on your preference, you can choose between a smooth inner surface and a knurled outer surface, which ensures a secure grip. Made from high-quality steel with a black finish, the bar can withstand loads of up to 225 kg.
